Learn to safely ferment vegetables and create delicious probiotic drinks to help support your gut microbiome, soothe inflammation and boost immunity. We’ll also look at ways to increase your intake of probiotics, probiotics, anti-inflammatories and deliciousness - wherever you are on the gut health spectrum. Your gut is as individual as you are, so we’ll look at how to listen to it (and not just those weird noises it makes when you’re somewhere quiet) and use that information to keep it comfy and regular. Your gut is at the heart of good health and there isn’t anyone among us who couldn’t benefit from a little TLC.

We’ll make our own lunch on this course and take home some digestive bitters, our ferments and some gut friendly treats to enjoy when nobody’s looking. If you’ve met me before, you’ll know that nothing shocks or disgusts me and I delight in the funny side of gut health as well as taking great care to ensure that sensitive subjects are treated with the respect they deserve. We are all learning from each other every day and it’s my privilege to learn from you as much as I teach.

The course will be held at The London Cooking Project in Battersea and will run from 10am until 4pm. All dietary requirements can be catered for, just make sure you let me know when you book your place.

I offer one discounted place on each of my courses to someone who is on a low income such as students or those in receipt of benefits, if this is you and you’d like to claim the place, please contact me through the contact page on this website, or through instagram. The place may already have been taken, but I can let you know which courses still have a discounted place on them. payment is in two instalments of £45 and I ask you to offer an hour of your time before and after the course starts in order to help set up and clear down.

50% of the course fee is refundable up to 1 month before the course commences. After than date the course fee is non refundable unless you or I can find someone to replace you before the course starts. If you cancel within 48 hours of the course date the fee is non refundable.
