Gluten Free Bread day in London June 14th

Learn how to make gluten free sourdough, tips for maintaining a bubbly starter and some to take home and care for. I’ll show you how to prove a boule and transfer it to a piping hot dutch oven to make beautiful artisanal loaves. We’ll also cover yeasted breads, succulent focaccia, pliable chapattis and sourdough crumpets. You’ll leave full of enthusiasm for gluten free bread, with lots of bakes to enjoy over the coming days and some gluten free sourdough starter to nurture.

Lunch is provided for you on this course, please let me know any dietary restrictions you have so that I can make sure it’s just right for you.

The course is held at The London Cooking Project in Battersea and runs from 10am until 4pm.

I offer one discounted place on each of my courses to someone who is on a low income such as students or those in receipt of benefits, if this is you and you’d like to claim the place, please contact me through the contact page on this website, or through instagram. The place may already have been taken, but I can let you know which courses still have a discounted place on them. payment is in two instalments of £45 and I ask you to offer an hour of your time before and after the course starts in order to help set up and clear down.

50% of the course fee is refundable up to 1 month before the course commences. After than date the course fee is non refundable unless you or I can find someone to replace you before the course starts. If you cancel within 48 hours of the course date the fee is non refundable.
