Learn how to make gluten free sourdough starter, sourdough crumpets, loaves and yeasted baguettes. I’ll talk you through different gluten free ingredients and teach you how to adapt recipes using your new flour knowledge.
We’ll also make delicious pastry and some pasties or savoury galettes to enjoy after a bracing walk in the beautiful Wicklow countryside.
If you’ve ever wanted to make your own pasta and noodles gluten free we’ll cover this and make a ramen bowl for supper, with some delicate pleated Japanese dumplings too.
If you miss having a soft chapatti to go with a curry, we’ll make these too and learn the secret of getting them to puff up so they are super light and pliable.
Finally, we’ll learn how to make some gooey, triple chocolate brownie cookies to enjoy with a well deserved cup of tea. There will be time during the weekend to chat and walk in between baking sessions. I’ll be available all weekend.
