Learn how to make gluten free sourdough starter, crumpets, loaves and boules. Find out how to get the most tender focaccia, puffiest, softest chapatis and maybe even fluffy French bread. we’ll enjoy the fruits of our labours over lunch with soup and salads and then get back to baking for the afternoon.
Classes will be held at the wonderful London Cooking Project in Battersea.
