Enjoy a day making gluten free noodles and dumplings at my light filled home in Bridport. You’ll make your own soba noodles, fragrant broth and choose different yummy toppings for a ramen bowl lunch learn how to pleat your own Japanese gyoza dumplings with homemade wrappers and take a batch home for crisp pot stickers or steamed dumplings (these can be frozen too), I’ll cook up a batch so that you can get excited about cooking yours later and dipping them in a yummy sesame tamari dipping sauce. We’ll finish the day by learning how to make and cook the fluffiest potato gnocchi dumplings and you’ll take your batch home for supper or lunch the next day.
These are simple recipes and techniques that once you’ve learnt, you’ll be excited to try again!
The course can be suitable for dairy free, vegetarian, nut free and low FODMAP diets, but not egg free or vegan. My house does not have level access to the kitchen or a wheelchair accessible toilet, although I am open to discussing how I can accommodate wheelchair users.
