A day of plant based cookery with all the flavoursome bits that make great plant based meals so satisfying. We make fermented nut cheese and I'll demonstrate cultured creme fraiche made with almonds, carrots infused with seaweed & umami, lentil caviar, dairy free pesto and raw tortellini and the best gluten, dairy and egg free cake you've ever had!
