Seasonal Nutrition is all about eating well through the year and bumping up your whole food and veg intake. We make a seasonal lunch that might include grains, seeds, quick pickles and fermented vegetables, maybe some mussels or fish too. You’ll make a seasonal fermented pickle to take home and ferment and because treats are important, we’ll make some of those too. I talk through healthy fats and the truth about sugar and answer your questions through the day.
