If you've ever baked a gluten free brick then this is the class for you! Bread is one of my first loves and when I discovered I had to eat gluten free, it was my mission to bake tasty, chewy loaves full of spring. Whilst there isn't the time to cover sourdough in a short class like this, we'll cover sandwich loaves, breadsticks or fougasse, chapattis and blinis if there's time! You'll leave feeling confident to bake loaves at home, I promise!
